Frida finds the contract in SharePoint and suggests it on the right deal
You choose the folders. Frida reads the PDF and Word files in them and suggests which deal each contract belongs to. Nothing is linked until you approve.
Included in Personal and Pro. Requires a connected Microsoft 365 mailbox.
How it works
Four steps from a folder in SharePoint to a contract on the deal. You approve along the way.
You connect a folder
Choose one or more folders in SharePoint or OneDrive – the ones where you keep contracts. Frida reads only the folders you have chosen yourself, and their subfolders.
Frida reads the PDF and Word files
Frida goes through PDF and Word files of up to 25 MB. New and changed files are picked up automatically. A document is reviewed once, and again only if the file changes or a new deal appears that it could belong to.
Frida suggests the right deal
For each document, Frida judges whether it belongs to one of your deals. If it does, the document is shown on the deal as a suggestion, with a link to the file in SharePoint.
You approve or reject
The contract is linked only when you approve. Frida also suggests the agreement’s start and end date, delivery date, amount, parties, scope and payment terms from the contract. They are written to the deal only when you approve.
From “Contract missing” to the contract on the deal
When a deal is in Payment or Active without a contract, Frida points it out. Once you have approved a suggestion, the contract sits on the deal with a link to the file in SharePoint.

What Frida does, and what it does not
Access is read-only, and you decide what gets linked.
What Frida does
- Reads the folders you have connected and their subfolders.
- Goes through PDF and Word files of up to 25 MB.
- Suggests which deal a contract belongs to, with a link to the file in SharePoint.
- Suggests the agreement’s dates, amount, parties, scope and payment terms from the contract.
- Points out a deal in Payment or Active that has no contract.
What Frida does not do
- Change, move, delete or create files. Access is read-only.
- Link a contract to a deal without your approval.
- Write dates or amounts to the deal before you approve.
- Store the file itself or its text.
- Read folders you have not connected.
The file itself and its text are not stored in Frida. Frida keeps a list of the files: name, location and link, plus technical details such as type and size. If you disconnect a folder, Frida deletes its list of that folder’s files.
To assess a document, excerpts of its text are processed by Frida’s AI sub-processor, which is based in the US and covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Hosting and storage are in the EU. Read section 3.9 of the privacy policy
Who gets it?
Contracts from SharePoint and OneDrive are part of the paid plans, Personal and Pro. The feature is not included in the free plan.
You need a Microsoft 365 mailbox (Outlook) connected to Frida, and you grant read access to the files yourself.
