Quickstart
From your account to the first answer using your own Frida data.

Sign in to Frida and choose the workspace to connect. Check that the expected deals exist there. Mail excerpts require stored linked messages from your own mailbox.
2. Add the connection and approve
Use the conversation URL below in your assistant’s custom MCP connection feature. Follow the setup guide for Claude or ChatGPT; account, subscription and administrator restrictions may apply.
Sign-in and consent happen at Frida. Reading uses deals.read, emails.read and emails.sent.read. Optional deals.write is checked on the consent screen; uncheck it for read-only access. Never share tokens or passwords in chat.
3. Check the connection
Ask: “Check my Frida connection, then show my pipeline overview.” The assistant can use frida_get_connection_status and frida_get_pipeline_overview. Status describes the connection; an empty result alone does not mean sign-in failed.

Use the same conversation URL. Older connections never automatically gain new permissions. If Frida requests renewed consent, remove the connection in your assistant, add it again and approve the necessary permissions. Earlier URLs remain in the full reference.
